To be successful in this role, you need a high level of understanding of service quality within a community service environment and knowledge of translating community needs into a great customer experience. You will have the knowledge and experience to coach and support staff and be a future-oriented thinker.
You will have strong leadership skills, enjoy diversity, be an excellent communicator, have strong technology skills, and you genuinely care about providing exceptional bicultural customer service.
