We are looking for a Records/Library Assistant to join the Research Services team, working 22.5 hours per week.  Ideally these hours would be worked over 5 days, but we will look at 4 days per week, if including Fridays.

Records work includes managing requests for files and deeds from both internal and external clients; destroying files; recording receipts and statistics; service development and review, and participating in team projects.
In addition to records work, this role will involve helping with current awareness, scanning, loose-leafing, checking-in books, processing new books and document supply as part of the library service.

Prior experience in records and/or library work would be desirable, but if you are studying towards a qualification in these areas, or if you have a particular interest in records and/or library work plus a background in professional/administrative office work, then this role could be for you.  Simpson Grierson strives to provide a collaborative and innovative environment of excellence.
