Innovation & Engagement Lead

We are looking for an engagement and innovation superstar, is this you? Are you someone who is super organised with exceptional relationship and people skills? If so, do you want to lead our innovation and engagement activities for Napier Libraries?  If the answer is yes to the above and you meet the criteria below, apply today!

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A tertiary qualification or 10 years equivalent library experience.
  • Proven team management or community leadership for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of computer and digital literacy.
  • The ability to develop meaningful relationships with potential sponsors, and to actively promote current programmes for community development.

Our preferred candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening which includes drug testing and, for some roles, health screening.
