The role – Te mahi

In this role, you will be responsible for a team and the delivery of high-quality research services that support the University of Otago research environment. You will be a member of the Information Services management team, deputizing for the Deputy University Librarian as required.

Your skills and experience – Kā pūkeka me kā wheako

The successful applicant needs to be a confident user of technology, an effective communicator and self-motivated. You will need knowledge in the areas of research data management, bibliometric data and analytics, academic publishing, and institutional repository services. Strong technical and research skills and a continuous improvement mindset is essential.

Applications are invited from senior library/information professionals with staff management and strategic planning experience.
