If your organisation is registering a group of staff for the conference, you can collect the delegate information on this spreadsheet.
When you have all the information you need, register each staff member online.

REGISTRATION FEES

All fees are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.  Early bird is available until 11:59pm Monday 2 September and registrations after this date will be at the standard rate.

REGISTRATION CATEGORY INCLUSIONS

  • To be eligible for LIANZA or Te Rōpū Whakahau RLIANZA member rates you must be a current paid-up member and hold current registration.
  • To be eligible for LIANZA or Te Rōpū Whakahau personal member rates you must be a current paid-up member.
  • To be eligible for LIANZA student member rates you must be a current paid-up student member.
  • For staff to be eligible for LIANZA institutional rates, your institution must be a current paid-up member.
  • To be eligible for RLIANZA from another association rates you must be a current paid up member of the other association.

REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS

THREE DAY REGISTRATION: includes entry to all conference sessions, exhibition, morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas during the conference (Mon 21 – Wed 23 October) and one ticket to the Welcome Function. Tickets can be purchased to attend the Conference Gala Dinner and LIANZA Awards.

ONE DAY REGISTRATION: includes entry to all conference sessions, exhibition, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for that day. It does not include entry to social events. Tickets to these events can be purchased separately during registration.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All registration cancellations are subject to a $115.00 administration fee. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5:00pm Monday 2 September 2019. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee.

Substitutions will be accepted, but should be notified in writing by email to the Conference Organisers, Paardekooper and Associates events@paardekooper.nz .
