This workshop aims to extend your advocacy skillset, build your confidence and ensure your advocacy strategies are effective. Advocacy isn't everyone's cup of tea, but if this is a role you find yourself taking on more and more, then this workshop is for you.

To get the most out of this workshop, it's important that you are able to answer these two questions:

-Why do you want to attend advocacy training?

-What skills do you want to develop?

This workshop is hands-on and will include a lot of role-playing, interaction exercises and opportunities to work through advocacy scenarios relevant to your current role.

The workshops will be held in :

Christchurch, Wednesday 7th February 2018, at the University of Canterbury

Hamilton, Tuesday 13th February at Wintec.

Wellington, Thursday 22nd at St Andrews on the Terrace

All workshops will run from 10am till 3pm with a catered lunch.

20 people max per workshop, so book now to avoid disappointment!
