Customer Experiences Supervisor / Kaea Kiritaki


This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to step into a new role within the Library Customer Experience Team at Te Aka Mauri.

This is a senior frontline position with the purpose of providing excellent customer service, as well as supporting, coaching and directing staff when required.  The hours of work for this role are 40 per week, between 8.30am – 5.30pm, Tuesday – Saturday.

To be the right fit for this position you must be a person who is willing to get the job done, who does not settle for second best and believes in delivering customer service at the highest level.  Additional qualities we are looking for are enthusiasm, self-motivation, professional integrity and a good sense of humour!

As the primary point for handling both customer and staff complaints an ability to remain calm under pressure is a must. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in customer service. A qualification in this field is desirable but not necessary.
