We are looking for three people to join our Library Collections Team as Collection Advisors at our City Campus. Please indicate in your covering letter which position/s you wish to be considered for.
AUT University Library is committed to providing excellent service to students and staff to support the teaching, learning and research activities of the University. These positions offer exciting opportunities to people who are dedicated to offering excellent customer service in a library technical services environment. Working as a Collection Advisor would suit someone who is considering studying towards a library qualification and is a great way to start a library career.
In this position you will enjoy:

• providing excellent customer service to Library stakeholders
• contributing to the development of AUT Library’s print and online collection

For this position you will have:
• a recognised undergraduate degree
• a high level of proficiency in use of information technology, especially MS Office
• a high standard of both verbal and written communication, and accuracy and attention to detail
• excellent organisational and time management skills

This positions are Monday to Friday (not weekend) and although primarily based at the AUT City Campus Library, may be required to work at any Campus on a needs basis.

Salary Range $42,625 - $50,067
