In 2018, LIANZA participated in National Simultaneous Storytime (NSS) for the first time. 

On the 21st May, 2018 the States Services Commission (SSC) organised the first of three Open Government Partnership (OPG)  workshops.

Did you know that every land mass on the planet could fit into the Pacific Ocean and that there are 22 countries and territories in this vast area? Libraries in these countries receive huge variation in support ranging from sound and sustainable to non-existent.

During the April school holidays, Wellington City Libraries made sure that kids and… adults were entertained and amused at the local branches and the main Central Library by holding the following programmes and events:
