IT-SIG (Information Technology Special Interest Group)
Purpose To provide a forum for discussion, information and education on information technology in libraries. Information to members ITSIG electronic discussion list is the email discussion group for the Information Technology Special Interest Group of LIANZA. You don't have to be a member of the SIG or of LIANZA to subscribe (though it would be nice if you became a member of both!). The purposes of this WikiWikiWeb (or wiki) are:
- to give New Zealand librarians and information managers the opportunity to explore the use of a wiki.
- to host collaboratively-developed web-based resources for New Zealand librarians and information managers, in particular:
- information about the application of information technology to library and information management
- information about ITSIG and its activities
- a research register for the Research SIG of LIANZA.
